Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within seven calendar days after receiving the order. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used in the original purchase within ten business days after the returned item is received and approved in the quality inspection. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
