Customers may request an exchange within seven calendar days from the delivery date, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags. If the exchange is requested due to a defect, the customer must contact Lumivo’s support immediately, sending photos and a description of the problem. When the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, Lumivo will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. In all other cases, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
